Questionnaires are important form of primary research when creating our
music video. This is a easy way in which to collect information from a variety
of different gendered people and aged people. By using the primary research we
will ensure that our video will appeal to our chosen target audience to
create a successful music video. It will allow us to become more familiar with
our chosen audience likes and dislikes. The primary research will allow us to
identify a range of different qualities and techniques that our audience will
enjoy when watching a music video. This will give my group the best chance of creating
a successful music video. Being aware of aspects such as which codes and conventions
to keep and which our target audience would like to see broken will help in
creating a successful music video. By understanding the target audience my
group will be able to create something the audience want.
